Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work when you book through StayEasy. It forms part of, and should be read with, our Booking Terms. Because StayEasy books your travel with independent providers, the cancellation rules that apply to your booking are set by the provider and are always shown to you before you confirm.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours

Cancel at least 48 hours before the start time for a full refund to your original payment method.
Partial refund within 24 hours

Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before start may receive a 50% refund. Processing time depends on your bank.
Non-refundable within 24 hours

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before start, no-shows, and completed services are not eligible for a refund unless required by law.
